Zlievaren presných odliatkov s.r.o. is doing investment casting over 20 years.
We are focusing to low and middle series castings from wide range of steel ( carbon steel, low-alloy steel, middle-alloy steel, high-alloy steel, heat-resistant, abrasion-resistant, anticorrosive and tool steel, Hardox, Duplex ) and Cast iron.
For our customer we offer a complex service from making the casts drawing, 3D models of the form, producing the form for wax models and producing the casts including the heat treatment, machining and surface treatment.
We insure special guidance for optimalization mode of cast, type of alloy and heat treatment.
Quality of cast we guarantee by cotrol of chemical structure, 100 % look control, dimension control.
On customer’s demand we insure RTG and penetration control, test bars ( for tensile and notch toughness test – selected from the same melt ) for quality chceck of mechanical values after the heat tretment.
